I am a licensed massage therapist within the state of Texas which is one of the most rigorous states to get a massage therapy license. I went through a year-long program at the Lauterstein-Conway School of Massage Therapy in Austin, TX. Durring that program, we covered a multitude of modalities during a 500 hours program, covering Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, Pregnancy Massage, Hydrotherapy, Orthopedic Massage, Myofascial Release, and the unique Lauterstein Deep Massage method.
I work with a wide range of clients from all walks of life, but many of my regulars are hardworking tech professionals and equally hardworking stay-at-home parents. Within these communities, I’ve built a strong reputation for helping alleviate common issues like “tech-neck” and forward-rounded posture—challenges that often come from long hours at a desk, behind the wheel, or managing a busy household.
In addition, I work with a number of athletes, including competitive lifters, who come to me for support with recovery, mobility, and simply to give their bodies a well-deserved break. Whether you're managing the demands of a digital career, parenting full-time, training at a high level—or all of the above—I'm here to help you move and feel better.
Who doesn't love a massage?! However, it depends on your individual needs and goals. Regular massages can be incredibly beneficial for managing stress, reducing chronic tension, improving posture, and supporting overall wellness. For some, that might mean weekly sessions, especially if they’re dealing with ongoing discomfort or training intensely. For others, a monthly visit may be just right for maintenance and prevention. I’m always happy to help you create a schedule that supports your body and lifestyle.
That said, there are times when a massage may not be appropriate for certain areas. For example, if a muscle or tendon is already overstretched, applying deep pressure to that area could do more harm than good. In these cases, I focus on creating balance by working antagonist muscles (the muscles the control the opposite movement), surrounding tissues and supporting the body’s natural recovery process. More obvious contraindications—like fever, contagious illness, or unresolved medical conditions—are also taken seriously. Your safety, comfort, and long-term results are always my priority.
As a licensed massage therapist, I will never diagnose a medical condition. My role is to assess soft tissue and muscular patterns to help identify areas of tension, imbalance, or dysfunction, and to support your body's natural healing process through massage and bodywork. If you're experiencing pain, injury, or symptoms concerning for a medical issue, I recommend consulting with a licensed healthcare provider for a proper diagnosis and care.
I provide mobile massage therapy service, which means I come to you! All sessions take place in the comfort of your own home or space, so you can relax and enjoy the benefits of massage without the hassle of travel. I bring everything needed to create a peaceful, professional environment—so all you have to do is be ready to unwind.
I bring everything needed to create a relaxing, spa-like experience right in your home. This includes a super comfy massage table, a warming blanket to warm up and relax your muscles while providing added coziness, and a selection of essential oils so you can personalize your session. I also provide high-quality massage lotion, freshly laundered sheets, eye covers to help you fully unwind and tune out the outside world, and a small speaker to gently play relaxing music.
